This was designed to feel like a 5-star hotel while still being in the downstairs unit of a duplex townhome. The private keypad entrance leads into a fully-furnished living room where the TV, desk, kitchenette, & plenty of comfortable seating await. The master bedroom has memory foam bed, mirror, master bath, & walk-in closet. Master Bath: Light Up Magnifying Mirror & Makeup Towels for your convenience. Also includes a fitness area & patio. Backyard: Private, gated, and cute just for you. The garage and laundry are the only areas shared with the other unit. Everything else is separate, locked, and private. Laundry: -High efficiency washer/dryer -Basic detergent/ cleaning supplies there to get your started. Garage (17’x14): Parking is FREE. Either in the garage, on the RIGHT, on the pavers on the RIGHT, or on the street. Please remove all luggage racks before entering! We've had couples stay as well as people who took a 3-month work contract in LV.

House Rules

Please keep the house clean & free of damage just the way you received it. All visitors should remain in the house but not hanging out in front/back of the home. Please do not create noise complaints or issues w/ neighbors so we maintain good relations. No check-in after 10p unless pre-approved Early Check-in / Late Checkout might be available. Please request in advance so we don’t inconvenience our cleaning crew. ($50 for up to 1 hr. $50 for up to the 2nd hr… After that is an extra night rate.) Thermostat stays between 68°~78° year-round in our effort to go green & conserve power. (Please contact us if you need a minor temp change & we’ll accommodate you within reason.) We have cameras over the garage / front / back / side of the house actively recording video & sound to protect the vehicles, property, & guests. PARKING: Park in Garage on the RIGHT or on the Pavers on the RIGHT or Free Street Parking. (Do not block the other unit on the LEFT) *No smoking, no loud parties, no drugs. Keep all that activity downtown or at the restaurants. *No extra guests staying & No pets unless permission granted or a $150 fee per night will be charged. *No crypto mining or water waste = if utilities spike beyond normal use = you will be financially responsible.

The laundry room & garage is inside the common area of the duplex, & shared with the upstairs separate private unit. Can't beat FREE laundry. We will leave some complimentary detergent & dryer sheets for you. You are home!
