House Rules

Please keep the house clean & free of damage just the way you received it. All visitors should remain in the house but not hanging out in front of the home. No backyard access, that is for the downstairs unit. Please do not create noise complaints or issues w/ neighbors so we maintain good relations. No check-in after 10p unless pre-approved Early Check-in / Late Checkout might be available. Please request in advance so we don’t inconvenience our cleaning crew. ($50 for up to 1 hr. $50 for up to the 2nd hr. Beyond that is an extra night rate.) Thermostat stays between 68°~78° year-round in our effort to go green & conserve power. (Please contact us if you need a minor temp change & we’ll accommodate you within reason.) We have cameras over the garage / front / back / side of the house actively recording video & sound to protect the vehicles, property, & guests. PARKING: No Garage Parking. Park on the Pavers on the LEFT or Free Street Parking. (Do not block the other unit on the RIGHT) Garage has approx 4x14ft space avail to store items, bicycles, a motorcycle, etc. 30+ day stays = we provide starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, & basic cleaning supplies. Guests are responsible for replenishing consumables as needed. *No smoking, no loud parties, no drugs. Keep all that activity downtown or at the restaurants. *No extra guests staying & No pets unless permission granted or a $150 fee per night will be charged. *No crypto mining or water waste = if utilities spike beyond normal use = you will be financially responsible.

2nd Floor & 3rd Floor are all yours in your private keypad entry unit. 1st floor has shared laundry room & ironing station. It’s always available and ready for you. 1st floor has a separate unit you are not able to enter. No access to backyard. That is for 1st floor unit. You have your own private balcony instead. Garage has no parking space for a car but you have approx 4ftx10ft to use. This is perfect for bicycles, suitcases, a roof rack, or a motorcycle. You will park on the LEFT side of pavers or street for FREE
